*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 800г *Beef chuck
  • 180г *Red curry paste
  • 2с.л. *Neutral oil
  • 4скилидка *Chopped garlic
  • 1 *Onion
  • 3с.л. *Ginger
  • 2 *Red chilli peppers
  • 6с.л. *Red wine vinegar
  • 2с.л. *Tomato purée
  • 20cl *Beef stock
  • 2с.л. *Strong mustard
  • *Salt, pepper

*In a mixing bowl, combine the beef and curry paste and leave to marinate for 12 hours.
