1 с.л. *Caster sugar
1 саше *Dried baker's yeast
250 г *Special pastry flour
40 г *Olive oil
5 г *Fine salt
1 с.л. *Parsley
2 скилидка *Garlic
20 г *Grated Parmesan cheese
1 ч.л. *Flower of salt

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the water, sugar and yeast in a recipient. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.

*Place the flour, water/sugar/yeast mixture, half the oil, half the garlic, salt and parsley in a recipient. Knead for 3 mins.

*The dough will remain a little sticky. Place the dough in the lightly floured bowl.

*Leave the dough to rise.

*On a floured table, make 8 flaps with the dough. Shape into 40 g balls.
