*Prepare the ingredients.

*Put all the ingredients in the bowl except the starter cultures. Whisk well.

*Bring to a boil, mixing well. Cool the mixture to 40°C then add the starter cultures.

*Pour the mixture into the small glass jars. Pour 100 ml of water into the bowl. Place the small glass jars inside the bowl with the lids closed.
