150 г *Greek-style yoghurt
1.5 с.л. *Mayonnaise
3 с.л. *Cider vinegar
1.5 с.л. *Chopped basil
600 г *Raw beetroot
35 г *Crushed walnut kernels
45 г *Raisins
1.5 резен *Shallots
3 с.л. *Finely chopped chives
3 *Garlic
150 г *Feta

*Prepare the ingredients.

*In a mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and basil. Set aside in the fridge.

*Put the beetroot in the steam basket.

*Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.
