*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 250г *Pollock fillets (whole)
  • 2ч.л. *Chopped ginger
  • 1с.л. *Soy sauce
  • 0.5ч.л. *Toasted sesame oil
  • 1с.л. *Sunflower oil
  • 1мерна еденица *Spring onion, the whites and the greens minced
  • 10стръкче *Coriander, stems and leaves roughly chopped
  • *Pepper

*Chop the ginger.

*Line the steam basket with baking paper. Place the fish into it.

  • 250г *Pollock fillets (whole)

*Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.

*Mix half of the ginger with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the fish.
