250 г *Pollock fillets (whole)
2 ч.л. *Chopped ginger
1 с.л. *Soy sauce
0.5 ч.л. *Toasted sesame oil
1 с.л. *Sunflower oil
1 мерна еденица *Spring onion, the whites and the greens minced
10 стръкче *Coriander, stems and leaves roughly chopped

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Chop the ginger.

*Line the steam basket with baking paper. Place the fish into it.

*Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.

*Mix half of the ginger with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the fish.

*Remove the basket. Put the fish and its juices on a plate. Wash and dry the bowl.
