75 cl *Lager
7.5 cl *Cider vinegar
7.5 cl *Soy sauce
4.5 с.л. *Liquid honey
3 с.л. *Cornflour
6 *Burger buns halved and toasted

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the sugar and spices together. Season the meat with this mixture.

*Add the honey, liquids and cornflour to the bowl. Fry until it comes to a boil.

*Add the meat.

*Remove the meat and shred it. Add the sauce.

*Pull apart the fibres with a fork. The meat should still be a little hot in order to pull it apart properly.

*Fill your burgers with the shredded meat and raw vegetables. Serve with sweet potato fries seasoned with smoked paprika. Serve the burgers with a barbecue sauce.
