4 *Fresh tomatoes
2 *Garlic
2 с.л. *Balsamic vinegar
2 с.л. *Olive oil
2 *Rosemary
2 *Thyme
1 с.л. *Fresh basil
2 с.л. *Spring onion

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Put 2 tomatoes in each sous-vide cooking bag, making sure they're flat and not overlapping.

*Distribute all the remaining ingredients, except the basil and onions. Place the mixture in a sous-vide bag.

*Pour 50 ml of water into the bowl. Place the bags in the steam basket.

*Take out the bags and open them. Drain the tomatoes but keep the cooking juice.
