240 г *Cherry tomatoes
160 г *Mozzarella balls
4 с.л. *Olive oil
30 г *Capers
4 филе *Chicken (100 g each)
3 ч.л. *Italian herbs
4 с.л. *Balsamic glaze

4 ч.л. *Pesto
*Salt, pepper

*Prepare the ingredients.

*In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, mozzarella, capers and oil. Set aside in the fridge.

*Place two chicken fillets in each sous-vide cooking bag along with the spices, salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a sous-vide bag. Make sure the bags are well sealed.

*Pour 3L of water into the bowl. Put the bags into the water.

*Cook on immerged vacuum.

*Take out the bags and open them. Leave to cool. Chop the fillets into pieces.

*Mix the chicken pieces with the rest of the ingredients. Garnish your salad with pesto and rocket or baby spinach.
