1 ч.л. *Sesame oil
1 ч.л. *Chilli paste

8 *Raw peeled prawns

*Prepare the ingredients.

*In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chilli.

*Put the sauce in the fridge.

*Line the steam basket with baking paper.

*Soak a sheet of rice paper in a large bowl filled with warm water. Place it on a clean tea towel.

*Add a little onion to the bottom of the rice paper, place 4 prawns in a row without overlapping them and roll it up, folding over the edges.

*Baste with a little oil and place in the basket. Do the same for all the rolls.
